Helping to beat the blues

MEN have been invited to come together this Saturday to talk about depression.
Beating the Blues is an all-day workshop organised by Casey-Cardinia Men’s Health Action Group. Guest speakers include Berwick general practitioner Dr Michael Fitzgerald, naturopath Jill Walsh, physical trainer Pauline Tenace and chef-in-the-making, Rick Grounds. The workshop starts at 9am at the City of Casey Civic Centre, Magid Drive, Narre Warren. The cost is $10 per person and includes lunch.
