Man’s belt used as weapon

A MAN was the victim of a cruel armed robbery last Saturday while walking through Eumemmerring Park.
Police said three youths approached the 19-year-old about 12.45pm before one member of the group removed the victim’s belt and used it as a weapon against him.
The youths stole the man’s mobile phone, wallet and watch and left him with minor bruising requiring medical attention.
Police described the three men as Asian in appearance, aged 15 to 17, ranging from 170cm to 180cm, with two of the men of thin build and the third of medium build.
