Watch for crowded cars

SEVEN men were seen piling out of a small yellow coupe last Thursday after they dumped the stolen car in Doveton.
Senior Constable Kylie Holloway of Narre Warren police said the car had been stolen from Springvale the day prior and had since been returned to its owners.
She said the men involved were of African appearance and she urged people to contact police if they noticed people driving overcrowded cars.
The 1983 626 Mazda was abandoned in Paperbark St and the men were seen heading through parkland towards Doveton.
Anyone with any information about this incident can contact Sen Const Holloway on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
