A HAMPTON Park man was bashed with a broom handle by a group of five men last Friday night.
The 26-year-old was walking along Hallam Road, Hampton Park about 10.10pm when his attackers jumped out from behind bushes and pushed him to the ground.
Police said the group threatened that they had a knife but the victim didn’t see the weapon.
The man’s wallet and mobile phone were stolen during the attack. He was uninjured.
