Man on drug charges

AN UNMARKED police patrol in the Hallam Industrial Estate has resulted in a Berwick man facing drug charges. Police charged the 21-year-old with trafficking cannabis and amphetamines after he was intercepted last Tuesday week. They said a large amount of cannabis and a smaller quality of amphetamines were seized from his car during the arrest.
The man has been bailed to appear before the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 8 November.
