In an even game, dropping 13 shots in four ends left Bob Meany, Greg Pentland, Bernie Bruggeman and skip Andrew Brandolin too much to make up (17-27).
It was another very even game with Ray Wood, Alan Wilcock, Alan March and skip Bill Webb winning by two shots (23-21).
Ray Leggett, Mark Paton, Keith Damon and skip Bob Nicol had a big finish to win by 10 shots (29-19).
This game went down to the wire with Jos Van Hout, Fred McBrian, Paul Barna and skip Rob Woff finishing with a draw (22-22).

Any chance of finishing in the top two was blown away in a disappointing loss at home by 10 shots.
Les Unwin, Ken Cobden, Robert Naismith and skip Graham Slight returned to the winning circle with a 12-shot win (34-22).
Sean McDonald, Larry Simpson, Zak Storm and skip Neville Hendrie levelled the scores seven times, but were unable to break away (22-28).
Pat Moevasa, Lance Davis, Geoff Ampt and skip Bob Woodfield won on their rink with a three on the last end (24-23).
Jim Westwell, Jeff Crozier, Lionel Williams and skip Geoff Ladner were simply out played by their opponents (13-31).
Hampton Park 4-93 lost to Mulgrave 14-104.

Gail Williams, Gwen Clough, Grace Hogan and skip Geri Graafsma did the same to win by 18 shots (33-15).
Taking control early, Dot Carr, June Damon, Gail Wilcock and skip Mary Hose opened up their lead to 18 shots (30-12).
It was touch and go early, Rhonda Diaper, Shirley Burnside, Ellen Smith and skip Heather Naismith hung on to win by six shots (24-18).
