DANDENONG Stingrays Greg Bentley and Daniel Nichols were selected by Collingwood and Carlton respectively, in Tuesday’s NAB AFL Rookie Draft. The 2005 grand final players joined three team mates to make it to the elite level after stellar seasons in the under 18 development competition.
Joining the Stingrays in the big league was Gippsland Power player Craig Flint, who became the sixth member of the 2006 premiership side to make it on to an AFL list when he was picked up by Port Adelaide.
