Saturday’s outdoor winter mixed bowls winners were J. Jones, L. O’Brien, D. Richardson (s); runners-up were J. Slavko, W. Stevenson, I. Brotherton. Best last-game winners were L. Metaxas, D. Platt, P. Geraeds, D. Smith (s).
On Tuesday, 2 May was the opening day of winter indoor bowls and there was a good turnout. The winners were W. Haringsma, Jack Heathcote, D. Smith. Sunday’s winners were R. Brewster, I. Brotherton, I. Adcock (s).
