THERE was plenty of talk about the days of the old school yard when past principals, joined former and current day students and teachers at the 30th birthday celebrations of Eumemmerring Primary School.
About 300 people attended the fun-filled day at the Doveton school and reminisced about the 30 years of school while looking forward to the future.
The school’s choir entertained the crowd throughout the day with their impressive vocal ability while traditional school festivities such as lucky dips, a jumping castle and face painting were all major hits.
Both the younger and older generations were impressed with the classic and vintage cars also on show during the day.
