Step in for sick kids

LOCAL dancer Jess Solomon is fundraising for this year’s Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal by having a day dedicated to Dancin 4 the Kidz.
Ms Solomon is offering a full day of jazz and hip-hop classes to beginners through to advanced dancers charging $5 per class.
The event will take place at the Berwick Neighbourhood Centre in Timbarra starting from 10am on Good Friday
All of the money raised will go to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
“I’m not earning anything, 100 per cent of the money fundraised will go to the hospital,” she said.
Ms Solomon, along with many of the dancers from her studio, Backstage Dance Academy aims to raise a decent amount of money.
“I also want to teach kids that you can raise money for a good cause,” she said.
