MIXED social outdoor bowls was played at Narre Warren Bowls Club on Wednesday 23 April.
Winners were J. Davenport, C. Conley, I. Brotherton (s). Runners-up were D. Davenport, J. Moore, K. Murray (s). Best last game winners were E. Arnott, S. Robinson, J. Hickman (s).
Saturday 26, Mixed Social Outdoor Bowls winners were B. Clarke, W. Stevenson, J. Hickman (s). Runners-up were B. Hanham, C. Heath, A. McGann, A. White (s). Best last game winners were K. Briggs, M. Horton and I. Stevenson (s).
Tuesday 22, Mixed Social Indoor Bowls winners were A. McKenzie, E. Arnott and I. Adcock (s).
Sunday 27 Mixed Social Indoor Bowls winners were N. Adcock, I. Brotherton and E. Arnott (s).
Wednesday 30, Outdoor Nominated Open Triples winners were N. Dickie, D. Randall and P. O’Day (s). Runners-up were S. Firmin, B. Potter and A. White (s). Best last game winners were J. Slavko, R. Pompe and J. Zanon (s).
Friday’s Outdoor Mixed bowls event was curtailed by inclement weather conditions.
Saturday’s Outdoor Mixed Bowls for the winter season was well attended. The winners were B. Clarke, P. Uren, J. Sheahan and M. Horton (s). Runners-up were E. Storey, A. McGann and I. Stevenson (s). Best last game winners were R. Pompe, C. Cowley, F. Fox and J. Hickman (s).
Tuesday’s Indoor Carpet Bowls winners were D. Pouponneau, M. Horton, P. Yates and D. Farrell (s).
Sunday’s Indoor Carpet Bowls winners were R. Brewster, G. Manifold, B. Brewster and N. Dickie (s).
Thursday’s Indoor Carpet Bowls Pennant round one with Narre Warren fielding two teams playing away to Clayton and Chelsea. Both sides were unable to come home winners but tried valiantly.
