THE BATS Theatre Company’s next performance is The Emperor’s New Clothes, a pantomime, with singing, dancing and acting.
The majority of the cast are young-adults, under the age of 18.
Director Dale Mills said to watch out for the “premiere performance from our quiet back stage team.”
“Snappy costumes and a colourful set will certainly entertain all that attend,” Mr Mills said.
All tickets are $8 and the show is being performed in the first week of the school holidays.
“It’s a funny show that I’m having fun rehearsing for. I really enjoy performing in front of an audience, and this gives me a chance too,” Haley, a cast member, said.
The Emperor’s New Clothes will run from 24 to 28 September at Cranbourne Community Theatre, which is located at Cranbourne Secondary College.
