AUSTRALIAN Idol finalist Roxane Lebrasse will go back to her roots this Saturday when she gives an exclusive performance to her local fans in Keysborough.
Roxane captured the hearts of Channel Ten viewers around the country when she was named the 13th Australian Idol finalist earlier this year, later exiting the show at ninth place.
The Mauritiusborn singer is now working in Sydney but has strong ties to the Dandenong and southeast Melbourne communities.
She frequently visits her family in Narre Warren South and her mother, grandfather, uncles and aunts, cousins and all her friends make her welcome.
The 22yearold’s passion for music and entertainment started at a young age and throughout her schooling years she participated in numerous choirs, bands, concerts and attended the Jaanz School of Music in Dandenong.
Ms Lebrasse has performed with Jimmy Barnes, Mahalia Barnes, Deni Hines, Roachford, Rahsaan Patterson, Gary Pinto and has toured with Disco Montego, Jade Mcrae and Guy Sebastian.
She is currently recording an album but has returned to Melbourne to thank those who have supported her.
To attend the “ThankYou” dance on Saturday 12 November at Gaelic Hall, Perry Rd, Keysborough contact the Lebrasse family on 9703 1923 or 0412 036 978. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for children under 12.
