The Watoto Children’s Choir will perform at Westfield Fountain Gate next month.WESTFIELD Fountain Gate will rock to the sounds of primal rhythm next month when the extraordinary Watoto Children’s Choir takes to the stage.
Berwick Church of Christ has organised the unforgettable performances in conjunction with Westfield.
Audiences have been urged to come and enjoy the enthusiastic dance and soulful infusion of gospel and contemporary African style music.
The choir will be singing at Westfield at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm on Saturday, 5 August. The choir consists of 18 boys and girls who have either lost one or both of their parents.
Despite having lost their parents to war and disease, the orphans of the choir sing a strong message of hope.
The Berwick Church of Christ will also host the choir on Sunday, 6 August at 10am.
