After reaching 5/166 last week, Narre Warren needed to be switched on to ensure playing finals.
In the field, the boys were switched on from the first ball bowled. Fielding was brilliant, bowling was great with good line and length thus containing Coomoora to 1/56 after 20 overs.
Narre Warren continued to apply the pressure to Coomoora and after 32 overs were 2/81.
From this point the team stepped up and performed brilliantly to skittle Coomoora to be all out for 118 in the 43rd over.
Best of the bowlers were Jordan Muzzolini (4/11), Mitchell Arter (3/7), Luke Doveston (2/11) and a great game by the ’keeper Braden King taking three catches and two stumpings.

Playing at home Narre lost the toss and was asked to bowl.
Wickets were hard to come by early and with the score at 53, Narre claimed its first of the day and they fell steadily after that with Jamie Morrow picking up four wickets, Hampton Park was all out for 155.
The second week proved to be a good one for Narre, starting the run chase with confidence and not losing a wicket until the tenth over.
Good partnerships were set throughout, but still needing 70 from the last 14 overs and thanks to a great performance from the whole team, the target was achieved.
Nick Shirt made 52 not-out, Tim Vrec 46 and Luke Clarke 23.

@BT Sub Sport News:UNDER 11 GREY

The game was against Narre Warren Black and for the second week in a row, the team was short and only had nine players.
Our captain for the week, Rudith Pussalle lost the toss and Narre Black elected to bat first.
Given the windy conditions and lack of fielders, all the boys bowled and fielded extremely well.
Apart from some poor running between wickets, resulting in a large number of run-outs, the team batted well and played some excellent shots.
Best: Sachin Akarawita, Damien Gamage and Rudith Pussalle.
