A CAR plunged into a Berwick lake last Friday after the driver lost control.
The driver was taken to Casey Hospital by ambulance.
Her Nissan Pulsar remained half submerged in water and stuck in the mud of the Berwick Springs wetlands.
A tow-truck pulled the car back on to dry land.
The woman suffered no serious injuries. The incident happened at about 2.30pm.
