Fenton in form

Narre Warren Little Athlete Stefanie Fenton was in record-breaking form again at Dandenong Little Athletics Centre on Saturday.
Stefanie broke her older sister Brittany’s 1300m steeplechase mark of 5:30.91, which Brittany set in 2005.
Stefanie’s time was 5:14.87 – 16.04 seconds quicker than her sister’s previous record.
This was Stefanie’s fifth club record in as many weeks, while many of the other Narre Warren little athletes posted personal bests.
This Saturday is competition six, including ‘Laps for Kids’, which incorporates a one-hour relay event to raise funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal.
The club’s training sessions are held every Thursday at Max Pawsey Reserve, Fountain Drive (next to Fountain Gate Shopping Centre), Narre Warren, from 5pm to 6pm. For any further information, contact Kerry on 0412 482 237 or 9703 2239.
