Elvis makes his way back

Elvis-Elvis-

By Lia Bichel
AN ELVIS impersonator from Berwick will perform at The Palms at Crown, Melbourne, on 7 December.
Mark Andrew said he will bring One Night With You, an infamous 1968 Elvis Presley comeback special that captured 42 per cent of the American television viewing audience, “back to life.”
Mark has been acting for 12 years, travelling Australia performing as Dean Martin, Tom Jones, John Lennon, Danny from Grease, and the crowd’s favourite, Elvis Presley.
“Elvis is so popular and there is such a demand for his character,” Mark said.
“In my show, there is special detail that Elvis fans are looking for. If you’re not a die hard fan you can still discover Elvis in a different light.”
The show will be accompanied by a 10-piece band, hosted by Darryl Cotton, and will include re-enactments of the 1968 show with a Gospel segment, the Road Medley and closing performance of ‘If I Can Dream.’
Mark said: “I want to deliver a performance that leaves the audience feeling like they saw Elvis, not just an Elvis show.”
Performances will be at 3pm and 8pm. Phone Ticketek for bookings on 132 849.
