Setting the Benchmark

CAR owners around Hallam are set to enjoy new standards of personal care and convenience in car servicing, thanks to the arrival of a brand new group of auto service centres in Australia.
Benchmark aims to set new benchmarks in car servicing by providing car owners with high-quality service, expert advice, and convenient, personalised, fixed price services.
The first Australian Benchmark auto service centre opened at 90 Hallam South Road, opposite Hallam Station, this month.
Benchmark general manager sales and marketing, Martin Monaghan, said the launch was one of the most important new developments in auto servicing in many years, and would provide car owners with a genuine alternative to dealerships, franchise service chains and independent outlets.
“Basically, looking after our customers’ car servicing needs is our first priority,” he said.
“Most importantly, Benchmark listens to what customers want. Benchmark will of course deliver the highest quality technical standards, including expert mechanics, immaculate workshops, fixed-price service, full accreditation and state-of-the-art facilities.
“The principles that guide everything we do focus on being part of the community, daring to do things differently, taking time to explain car servicing to customers, and being honest, open and transparent.
“Our prices are fair and our highly trained technicians never do any major work without informing the customer first.
“We have clean, high-tech workshops and inviting customer service areas.”
Benchmark also offers convenient opening and closing hours, express services and many other features designed to fit in with people’s busy schedules. Inquiries: Benchmark, phone 9703 2895 or visit www.benchmarkauto.com
