Fitness explodes at Nitro

AT NITRO Gym, the results speak for themselves and this summer will be no exception, head trainer Catherine Smyk said this week.
“Having served the fitness and training needs of Casey now for five years, Nitro Gym has established a reputation as the city’s premier results-based training centre for all people of all ages,” she said.
“Nitro Gym is a place for everyone to access the very best training experience possible.
“Male or female, no matter what shape you’re in, if you’re serious about reaching your health-and-fitness goals, Nitro is the place to get you there.”
Over the past 12 months Nitro has added more than $100,000 of new machines, as well as female-only circuit classes, boot camp and boxing classes to further enhance the training experience of its members and the results they achieve.
One female member lost an astonishing two dress sizes in eight weeks using the results-based training offered at Nitro.
Catherine extended an open invitation to all people who were serious about their health to visit the team to see for themselves just how much they could achieve at Nitro Gym.
“You have nothing to lose – apart from excess weight,” they said.
Nitro Gym is at 3/151-159 Princes Highway, Hallam.
