PARAMEDICS helped deliver a baby in the back of an ambulance last Sunday.
Ambulance Victoria advanced life support paramedics Stephen Gillian and Beck Raftery, both from Hampton Park, were called to a Narre Warren home at 9.30am.
The paramedics found the woman in labour in her bedroom.
“We assessed her and loaded her into the ambulance but after only a minute the baby boy was born,” Mr Gillian said.
“We hadn’t even started the engine yet.”
