TWENTY-FIVE children, aged three to six, gathered for an hour of games at the Narre Warren Library last week.
The event, on 13 January, was part of the library’s school holiday program. Youth Librarian Ann Delahoy said the children enjoyed listening to stories and playing games.
“It was a terrific day,” she said. “I read two stories, did an interactive chant with them called We Are Going on a Bear Hunt, and we did a Running Man activity.”
Ms Delahoy said she encouraged children to attend regular pre-school story times sessions on Tuesdays at 2pm and Fridays at 11am.
