PREPS and Year 12 students at Narre Warren South P-12 College built strong ties this week as they all kicked off the 2009 school year.
Fifty-five prep students opened their school books for the first time on Monday, while 158 Year 12 students returned to school to complete their VCE.
Principal Rob Casamento said it was wonderful that families could send all of their children to the Narre Warren South school.
“Because we offer Prep to Year 12, the family connection that’s prominent at home can be maintained at school,” he said.
Mr Casamento said the Prep students had the opportunity to gain access to the secondary school facilities such as the gymnasium, science laboratories and computer rooms.
“We offer a rich and resourceful environment for all students,” he said.
