Police chief visits the front lines

CHIEF commissioner of Victoria police Christine Nixon made a trip to Narre Warren last Friday to meet with police to discuss the issues they were facing in the workplace.
Inspector Andrew Miles told the News Ms Nixon spent a couple of hours with the local police.
“The meeting gave Ms Nixon the opportunity to talk about what the corporate committee were doing to address issues,” he said.
“It’s good for both sides as everyone received first hand feedback.”
Ms Nixon also enjoyed tea, coffee and biscuits.
