A MAN posing as a City of Casey representative has been door-knocking residents in Narre Warren trying to sell fire safety equipment.
The council said the person is not an employee and that any council staff member working in the community will have appropriate City of Casey identification.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Narre Warren police on 9705 3111.
