A BERWICK man has been caught travelling at 130km/h in a 100km/h zone in Pakenham.
Police said the 21-year-old manwas caught by the Cardinia Traffic Management Unit last Saturday at 1.32pm.
The man received a one month licence suspension, $301 fine, loss of four demerit points and was also fined a further $187 for driving an unsafe vehicle.
Police said his tyres were found to have insufficient tread and as a result his car was ordered off the road by way of a defect notice.
