Arson charges

A Wonthaggi man has been charged with arson in relation to a factory fire two years ago.
Police said the majority of Snuggle Bug Baby Shop, in Hallam South Road, was burnt down on 5 August, 2007.
Police said 40-year-old Mark Wear had been bailed to appear at Melbourne County Court on 9 June this year in relation to the crime.
