Abandoned car blitz

THE City of Casey is planning a blitz on abandoned vehicles throughout the municipality next month following 612 reports of abandoned and derelict vehicles in the past 12 months. The council has the authority to impound any vehicle, including trailers, found to be unregistered or abandoned on any road or public place.
