VOLUNTEERS will be hitting the streets this weekend to collect money for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The intersection collection will take place on Saturday 9 May at six intersections within the City of Casey and Greater Dandenong.
Team leader Rebecca Wolstenholme is urging the community to give what they can.
“We’re aiming to raise $20,000 so every cent counts when you add it all up,” she said.
The Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program matches young people, aged seven to 17 years, with volunteer adult mentors.
