JUGGLERS, acrobats and clowns entertained students from Casey Central Secondary College last week as they visited the circus in Narre Warren South.
Principal Ian McKenzie said the aim of last Friday’s excursion was to drive home the message that practice and persistence were important ingredients in obtaining results, elements that are seen in a circus.
The students heard stories about the younger performers continuing their school work while working at the circus.
“They also needed to meet homework deadlines and study for exams,” he said.
Students and staff at the school enjoyed the entertainment, with Mr McKenzie saying the students got a kick out of seeing the staff perform an act as well.
