A TODDLER was taken to Casey Hospital on 9 June after being bitten by a dog at his Narre Warren home.
Advanced life support paramedics from Berwick were called to the house just before 9am.
“The 20-month-old boy was bitten on the face by the family dog,” advanced life support paramedic Laurence Van Haaster said.
“He had some puncture marks on his cheek and under his chin. We reassured the boy and his family as we assessed the injuries.”
The boy has been taken to Casey Hospital in a stable condition.
