Company given export grant

HALLAM business United Parts Group has received an $11,500 State Government business grant to help cope with increasing export demand.
Small Business Minister Joe Helper visited the firm on Tuesday to announce the grant at the firm that trades as Reconditioned Auto Electrics (RAE).
RAE are the creators of an innovative automotive testing product known as the Raptor, used by mechanics Australia-wide.
“We are pleased to help ensure RAE has the management structure and production ability to export successfully by providing this Grow Your Business grant,” Mr Helper said.
“The funding will enable RAE to work with a business expert to create a business plan that details how to best meet the rapidly increasing demands.”
He said the funding would allow RAE to learn new strategies to deal with prospective international partners and ensure all the necessary intellectual property protection was formalised. While in the region Mr Helper also announced an $11,500 grant to Hallam’s Injectronics Australia.
