Cold theft from bushfire house

THIEVES stole a spray paint gun and a video game unit from a newly re-built house in Narre Warren South.
Police said the items were stolen from the Langbourne Drive home between 6pm on 29 May and 7.30am on 1 June.
According to police, the house targeted was one of seven homes that were destroyed in the fires that ripped through Narre Warren South on Black Saturday.
The spray paint gun is valued at $1500, with the video game unit costing $300.
A witness told police he saw a man wearing black pants and a white top in the area on 31 May.
Anyone with information is urged to call Detective Senior Constable Simon Polson at the Cranbourne police station on 5991 0600.
