CHILDREN’S books were brought to life at James Cook Primary School in Endeavour Hills.
The students were treated to a show by actors from Tony Bones Entertainment performing stories nominated for this year’s Children’s Book of the Year.
The students watched the energetic performances as they celebrated Book Week, the longest running children’s festival in Australia that marks its 64th birthday this year.
The junior school performance was based on a picture book, Nobody Owns the Moon and the senior school show captured the story of Audrey of the Outback.
