A DANDENONG man got a shock of a lifetime on Saturday morning when he was woken by two men standing in his bedroom.
Police said a scuffle between the men broke out and caused other members of the household to wake up.
The scuffle continued outside the Moodemere Street house and into a neighbour’s front yard where a knife was produced and the men fled the scene, one riding a push bike.

During the incident an elderly grandmother was knocked over by the unknown men.
