TRANSIT Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged an 18-year-old man in relation to a serious assault and armed robbery at Berwick Railway Station on Saturday 12 September.
The Dandenong man was arrested at 8am last Thursday in Cranbourne, and charged with armed robbery, intentionally causing serious injury and recklessly causing serious injury. The man was expected to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later that afternoon.
