Couples enjoy Brownlow style

By Kelly Yates
SOME of the business community in Casey stepped out in style at the Brownlow Medal event this week.
Christine Sanderson from R J Sanderson and Associates in Berwick walked the blue carpet in a full length dress designed by Jovani New York with her partner Roy Sanderson.
Cristy and Paul Worsteling, owner of Cranbourne Bait and Tackle, and Ellen and Chris Hargreaves of Jaguar Electrics in the south east suburbs also shared the limelight at what has been described as the social highlight of the AFL calendar.
Mrs Sanderson described the build up and planning for the evening as “so much fun.”
“Then there was the excitement of walking the carpet with so many famous and beautiful people,” she said.
The couples saw Geelong’s Gary Ablett win the count and take home Australian football’s greatest prize, the Brownlow Medal.
