STUDENTS at St Francis Xavier College have come home with the silver medal after competing in the Schoolaerobics National Championships in Adelaide.
Team Blitz, made up of year seven, eight and nine students from the Berwick campus, travelled to Adelaide on Sunday 16 August for the school’s first appearance at a national level for aerobics.
Team Blitz finished second at the state competition held in June.
Coach Kerry Townsend said the girls were excited with the result.
“They are already keen for 2010 to go one better and get gold,” she said.
