CASEY residents have the chance to nominate their local sports heroes, sporting clubs and associations in the 2009 Victorian Sport and Recreation Awards.
The categories for this year’s awards include outstanding club, community participation, sport and recreation education, sport and recreation research, young person in sport, volunteer involvement, access for all, and community facility design.
Nominations can be made online at www.sport.vic.gov.au and close on Friday 16 October.
