Police after petrol thief

DETECTIVES from the Casey Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU) are seeking assistance from the public in locating a vehicle with stolen number plates fixed to it.
Police are looking for a silver Holden Rodeo single cab tray believed to have been used in a number of petrol thefts in Hallam, Doveton and Glen Waverley.
According to police, the stolen number plates are WIW 662.
The man driving the vehicle has been described as solid build and wearing work clothing.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
