POLICE are calling for witnesses after two fires in Eumemmerring last week.
Firefighters were called to a blaze, which is believed to have started after unknown offenders placed dry grass along a fenceline, on Eumemmerring Drive on Friday 22 January at 3.30am.
Police said there was minor damage to the fence.
The same day, police and firefighters were also called to a property along Olive Road and discovered a fire under the verandah of the house.
Police said the incident took place sometime between 1.30pm and 4pm.
Police believe there could be a possible link between the two suspicious fires.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
