CASEY detectives have charged a Narre Warren man with three counts of sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16.
Police said the incidents, involving three different victims, occurred between 1 October last year and 1 February 2010.
The 28-year-old man was bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
