CRANBOURNE Bowls Club is set for finals this week after a successful season.
The club completed the sectional play of season 2009/2010 with a win for all five sides.
The Division One side was big winners and finished top of its section and will compete in the finals this weekend starting on Saturday.
Cranbourne travelled to Mordialloc to tune their skills for this week and came home 36-shot winners in a strong display.
Cranbourne won all four rinks with that of skip Barry Thomas taking the weekly award with a 25-shot margin.
Skip Peter Colthup’s rink was in good touch to win by nine shots.

Cranbourne (2) needing to win all rinks and rely on other results for a place in the final four, filled its end of the equation, but Mulgrave Country Club held its place and the Cranbourne side will have to wait until next season.
The side won all four rinks with skip John Pentreath’s team playing well for a 12-shot victory.

27-14) defeated Glen Eira/McKinnon 87.
