NARRE Warren police are on the hunt for a car they believe was stolen over the weekend.
Police said a 23-year-old from Narre Warren South was driving a grey Ford XR6 sedan along Pound Road on Sunday 11 April at 3am when he stopped at the Shrives Road intersection.
Two men got out of the car in front and approached him while at the intersection. The victim also got out of his car. Police said the man was then hit and was left with a cut to his chin and abrasions to his face and left arm, before the attackers drove off.
