Snowball’s chance

NARRE Warren cat Snowball is resting her paws after a three-week trek from Pakenham.
Owner Faye Prins says the wayward moggy fell asleep in a ute belonging to her son, who then drove to work in Pakenham unaware of the stowaway.
Ms Prins printed hundreds of flyers and put them up around both towns – only to hear Snowball meowing at her front door on Easter Sunday.
Before she was reunited with her beloved pet, Ms Prins received several phone calls reporting sightings of Snowball in Pakenham and later Officer.
She believes brave Snowball walked home along the Princes Highway.
“It’s incredible. I mean you hear about dogs coming home, but not really cats,” she said.
