MCG in pink

NARRE Warren South MP Judith Graley is encouraging Casey residents to get behind the Breast Cancer Network Australia Field of Women this Friday, 7 May.
About 14,000 people are expected to unite at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) to create a Pink Lady silhouette in recognition of all Australians who have been affected by breast cancer.
Ms Graley, who is an Event Champion on Friday, congratulated all businesses and people for getting behind the cause, especially the main sponsor Bakers Delight.
“The shopkeepers at Fountain Gate are to be generously applauded for their fundraising for breast cancer research,” she said
“I thought the shops looked fantastic decked out with the pink ladies – pink everywhere in fact. I urge everyone to be part of the Field of Women at the MCG – I’ll be there with my family and friends and members of the Narre Warren South electorate.”
