Arson in playground

VANDALS used fire to damage a playground in Endeavour Hills last week.
Police said the vandals used paper to start a fire at the base of a tree at Singleton Reserve on Tuesday 6 July between 11.20pm and 11.35pm.
They then set a branch on fire and placed it in the playground, melting a plastic climbing wall.
Anyone with information should call Detective Senior Constable Mark Wiederhold at the Narre Warren police station on 9705 3111.
