WHEN the pound, shillings and pence was withdrawn and replaced with the decimal currency, prices for goods did not include the old currency. So why is it that we still have 1c and 2c included in prices today, is it a way for banks, retailers to profit on it, as I see it the 1c and 2c are illegal as they are now not Australian currency, being deleted when decimal came in.
