THE people who try to do something to fix the Brookland Greens disaster are all making the same mistake.
They put the blame on the Casey Council, the Victorian State Parliament, even VCAT but keep missing the key issue, which is simply that the decisions were not made by the above institutions but by persons, individuals, actual people.
Concerned people like Bob Halsall and Rob Wilson have to find a way to get the individuals who actually made the decisions to be held fully responsible for the damage caused by those decisions.
The situation can only get worse if we let people who caused millions of dollars damage and ruin to so many people to get way with an Oops.
Involving the state MP for the area is a good point to start, and don’t let him/her tarry and procrastinate. We are paying their salaries and we demand action now. Remind them that this is an election year and an assured preselection is useless without the people vote.
