NARRE Warren South P-12 College students and their parents dressed in their pyjamas and slippers and read their favourite books at the school’s annual story-telling evening.
The event on Wednesday 1 September attracted more than 300 students and parents and was a celebration of Literacy and Numeracy Week.
The children enjoyed listening to stories read by their teachers, and finished off the night with a cup of Milo and biscuits.
Literacy co-ordinator Barbara Corkeron said the night was a big hit, with this year’s event being the biggest one yet.
“The college wishes to thank all the staff who made this wonderful night possible,” she said.
